This module offers personalized service and provides support in the channel that customers prefer most to be reached on WhatsApp.

The module allows users to send messages to customers and staff members of their Perfex CRM using cloud-based servers owned by Meta. Messages can be triggered under specific rules and created using a selected trigger point. The Cloud API allows for easy scaling of business messaging without the cost of hosting own servers.

The current version’s supported actions list includes broadcast (custom) messages, notifications for contacts, invoices, leads, tasks, projects, proposals, tickets, payments, and WhatsApp OTP for staff members. The primary contact of the customer will be used for receiving these notifications, and merge fields are available during template mapping of all notifications.

The module uses action hooks to capture data, so programmatic ways are not monitored. Online documentation is provided with detailed information and screen recorded videos. The module takes only a few seconds to install and activate, and support tickets can be raised for any questions. No coding is needed, and the module can be used in minutes.

– Notifications for invoices (new invoice creation):
1) A WhatsApp notice to the phone number of the linked Customer’s main contact, using a template with merge fields.
2) Send a WhatsApp notice to the chosen staff member’s phone number using a template that supports merge fields.

– Available Lead alerts (new lead creation):
1) Send a WhatsApp notification to the Lead’s assigned staff member using a template that supports merge fields.
2) Send a WhatsApp notice to the Leaded contact using a template that supports merge fields.

– Notifications for Tasks (new project task creation):
1) A WhatsApp notice to the phone number of the linked Customer’s main contact, using a template with merge fields.
2) Send a WhatsApp notification to the phone number of the first Staff member assigned to the Task using a template that supports merge fields.

– Available notifications for Projects (new project creation from admin area)
1) A WhatsApp notice to the phone number of the linked Customer’s main contact, using a template with merge fields.
2) Send a WhatsApp notice to the phone number of the first staff member allocated to the project using a template that allows merge fields.

– Available alerts for Proposals (new proposal creation):
1) Send a WhatsApp notice to the key contact’s phone number for the linked Proposal using a template that allows merge fields.
2) Send a WhatsApp notice to the chosen staff member’s phone number using a template that supports merge fields.

– Notifications for Tickets (new ticket creation):
1) A WhatsApp notice to the phone number of the linked Customer’s main contact, using a template with merge fields.
2) Send a WhatsApp notice to the phone number of the Staff member assigned to the Ticket using a template that supports merge fields.

– WhatsApp Cloud API Business Integration module for Perfex CRM Nulled Script Payment-related alerts (new payment capture creation):
1) A WhatsApp notice to the phone number of the linked Customer’s main contact, using a template with merge fields.
2) A WhatsApp notice will be sent to the specified staff member’s phone number using a template that allows merge fields.

WhatsApp OTP is only accessible for staff members and requires an already mapping template.
