To tidy up Registration and Checkout pages and show fields only when required, make fields dependant on others.

Create an Account Type dropdown box with Company and Individual possibilities. Add VAT fields based on Company selected. It will only display VAT fields when the Account Type field is Company.

Use roles to restrict fields
Fields based on user roles will only display for relevant customers. Create a VAT field that only wholesale users may see at Checkout.
After selecting a user role from the menu on the user Registration form, dependant fields will show.

When adding a checkout field, you may opt to keep it free or add a custom field pricing. You may charge a fixed or percentage of the order. Add prices to dropdown, radio-button, checkbox, and other fields.

Product-specific fields:

Checkout fields may be linked to goods, categories, and tags. Only when a product is in basket will the field appear on checkout.

Does the plugin store My Account fields?

Your consumer may find these fields on My Account. Only Registration fields will display on My Account. Only order emails and the Admin Order Detail page will display checkout field data.

Can this plugin produce numerous registration forms?

Only the normal WooCommerce Registration form is expanded by this plugin. Create several registration forms with custom fields using our Registration Forms Builder.

After the consumer adds a field, where is its data?

Backend admins may see Registration field data on the User Detail Page. Checkout data is saved with Admin Order Detail page order metas.

Can I add identical fields to registration form and display pre-filled data on checkout?

You may show field on registration and checkout pages. Form fields supplied during registration will display on checkout page with pre-filled data for new customers. Existing customers may submit data from checkout and change fields from my-account.

Can I add fields just on registration or checkout?

To keep your Registration and Checkout pages tidy and show information only when required, you may make fields dependant on other fields.

For example, you might add two choices to an Account Type dropdown field: Company and Individual. You may add VAT fields that are based on the Company option. It will guarantee that the VAT fields display only when the Company option from the Account Type field is chosen.

FAQs
Does the plugin store My Account page fields?

Yes, these fields are available to your consumer on the My Account page. Only the data from the Registration fields will be shown on the My Account page. Data from checkout fields will only display in order emails and on the Admin Order Detail page.

Can I use this plugin to generate several registration forms?

This plugin merely adds fields to the standard WooCommerce Registration form. Try our Registration Forms Builder if you want to build several registration forms with custom fields.

Where can I access the data for the extra field when the consumer adds it?

Admins may see the Registration field’s data on the User Detail Page from the backend. The data in the Checkout field is saved with the order metas that may be seen on the Admin Order Detail page.

Can I add the same information to the registration form and then display the pre-filled checkout page?

Yes, you may show the field on both the register and the checkout pages. When fields are supplied during registration for new clients, the same field will display on the checkout page with pre-filled data. Existing customers will be able to input data from the checkout page and amend the field from the my-account page.

Can I add a field just on the registration or checkout pages?

Yes, when establishing a new field, you may select whether to include it just on the registration form, checkout, my account page, or all three.
